Our Tenant Screening Process
RAH Investments, LLC is a family owned and managed rental business. We believe strongly in giving our tenants the quality of home which they expect and deserve. As part of this, we screen our applicants thoroughly through Central Ohio’s oldest, and most respected tenant screening company; FABCO. Why does RAH Investments go to this extent? Because we strive to make our apartments truly feel like a safe, and comfortable home to every one of our occupants; minimizing their safety concerns while maintaining peace and tranquility.
Each rental applicant will complete a Rental Application, and pay a non-refundable $45 application fee.
